Clear evidence of rework. Gun has vise marks and errant machining tool marks but sold as new.
Disappointed.
The on-line order process went well and GunPrime shipped quickly. However, the revolver had damage from what was obviously rework. The top strap had vise marks and errant machining marks that left an uneven edge around the cylinder window. I actually paid $30 extra to get the 5" barrel but now I'm wishing I had gone with the 6" instead. I can't say if this was the fault of of GunPrime/Birmingham Pistol or undisclosed rework at Ruger but this was definitely a blemished revolver sold as new.
